By creating an account or using Clario, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Clario is a product management tool that allows users to create, prioritize, and manage project ideas. It includes AI-assisted content generation powered by Google Gemini. Access is invitation-based and requires an approved account.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent.
- Admin users have elevated access and are responsible for managing user permissions appropriately.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Clario for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
- Interfere with the operation of the application
- Submit content that is harmful, misleading, or violates any third-party rights
- Use the AI generation feature to produce content that violates applicable laws or Google's usage policies
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the project content you create in Clario. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your team.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before saving it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your purposes.
7. Access and Permissions
All logged-in users can view all projects. Only the creator of a project may edit or delete it. Admin users may edit or delete any project and manage user accounts. We reserve the right to revoke access to any account that violates these terms.
8. Disclaimers
Clario is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any loss of data or business impact resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Clario after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
